I have bought 2 skid steers from this location. I stood behind their equipment and service dept. I still think their mobile service is decent, but their in house service department is horrible. I dread having to take my machine there for service. Every time I do, it comes out with multiple issues that it didn’t have when it was taken in. Joe is horrible with explaining things. Broke a part on our skid steer admitted to it then tried to charge us to fix it.
Best place to rent skid steers, Ricky at Lexington branch took care of me. Great prices process went smooth and project looks great.
Dont waste your time or money here. The guys working the counter are 100% clueless. I pointed to a pin on a display model on their showroom floor and said *i need this pin*, 3 weeks and $100 later they didnt even order the pin I pointed to. Completely clueless. Unless you like wasting time and money avoid these idiots.
Very helpful and knowledgeable. Will continue to do business here.
