Andrew admitted he knowingly violated the neighborhood restrictions. Why work with someone who is willing to break the law outright? By hiring them, you’re putting yourself at risk. They failed to close the sidewalk or put up any safety barriers, creating a clear danger. If this business injures someone on your property, you’re responsible. It’s unprofessional and a major liability in my opinion.
Tie down your loads better. White truck with large trailer was leaving trash all along I-10 from Las Cruces to Deming.! 6/12/2025 @ 8 am Ridiculous!

I spoke with Jose Valles last week. He said he would go to my lot to see the extent of cleaning, leveling, back filling, adding a runoff drain between two 1/4 acre lots placing river rock. I never heard back from so I contracted another excavator today.
