I spoke with Jose Valles last week. He said he would go to my lot to see the extent of cleaning, leveling, back filling, adding a runoff drain between two 1/4 acre lots placing river rock. I never heard back from so I contracted another excavator today.
Driver nearly ran me off the road at an intersection with multiple turning lanes. Stay in the correct lane before you kill someone!
