I’m a local Mechanic that has been going to Bob Cat Central for a while! I’m always happy to go in there and see Iris at the front counter ready to help me with any issues I may have. Iris is always ready to help me find the correct parts for any piece of equipment I’m working on anywhere from small hand held tools to heavy equipment. The whole team is very helpful but Iris definitely stands out.
Walked into the dealership fully prepared to describe my problem as “uh… it’s making a noise,” and somehow the parts lady, Iris, translated that into the exact part I needed. I don’t know if she’s highly trained or just part skid steer herself. I gave her a model number that may or may not have been correct, a year I guessed on, and a hand gesture that looked like I was swatting a fly—and she still nailed it first try.
