I had a great experience at this gym over the past year. The only reason I'm leaving is because we're moving. When I joined, I was completely new to barbell training and honestly a little intimidated. DJ and Cassie were fantastic coaches. Knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to help. What I appreciated most was that they didn't just tell me what to do, they taught me how to understand and troubleshoot my own lifts, which is a skill I'll carry with me for life. The community here is incredible — everyone is welcoming, supportive, and genuinely invested in each other's progress. It makes a huge difference walking into a place where people actually know you and push you to be better. The coaches are top-notch. Knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly care about helping members hit their goals safely and effectively. Whether you're brand new or experienced, they meet you where you are.
