We were traveling through the Franklin Va. area and had to get a tire repaired. Will and the crew were very helpful and got us back on the road. If I lived closer they would get all of my business.
Tires were ordered and received quickly. installation was done quickly. however I had to take my truck elsewhere to have them rebalanced. I could of had Bobby's correct the issue but they should of done it correctly the 1st time.
I arrived for my 11:00 appointment for an oil change today. After an hour they had not even begun the job. I checked several times and the folks at the counter kept saying they were going to start on in just a minute…however that was not true. And they knew that when I walked in the door. I had to leave, and I won’t be back.
