A pleasant experience at the downtown location for an oil change and tire rotation. The phone was answered promptly and they were able to provide same day service. There are two locations for Bobby’s tire in Franklin. I have used the Armory drive location several times and there is always a wait either when calling to schedule an appointment and being put on a lengthy hold or going in to drop off my car and 3 people are in line ahead of me.
