I took my 2017 GMC Yukon to Bobby’s today. It had been at a dealership for 4 days and they were unable to identify the problem. Tony drove it and came back and removed the tires from the wheels, and found that I had 2 bent wheels. I highly recommend Bobby’s Tire and alignment shop. They are kind, courteous, and very good at what they do. I will definitely give them my business in the future. This business is an asset to the community of Jacksonville.
Tire light came on so I swung by and asked if they could check the pressure and air me’ up. The attendant said “Sorry were all outta air.” Great people! I love folks who have fun at work. They didn’t even want to charge me. Great service. When my baby needs new shoes I’ll be back!

Highly recommend Bobby’s Tire and Auto. I stopped here on one of my many trips back home in NC from Virginia Beach. I had to stop because I had several tacks in my tire and there was no way I could keep going. It was 5:15 and most of the staff was gone. Pete came out to look at my tire and was able to plug it. Pete has an excellent attitude and his customer service was impeccable, which is rare these days. I was back on the road much quicker than I expected to be.
