My mother recently brought her car here for service and they were helpful and did a good repair and were very fair and honest. Today, my mom had an accident and drove her car to Bobby's Auto. They were extremely helpful and nice to her after her accident. They couldn't do the repair since the car needed auto body work, but Linda in the service shop went above and beyond. My Fiancé needed to get new rotors and breaks on her rear tires for her car. She brought it to “Bobby and Crew- formerly of precision auto repair” in Middletown, NJ off route 35. The Mechanic told her they can do the job for $400 (only the two rear rotors and breaks). My fiancé, unaware of the ridiculous pricing agreed to the job. After 2 days of not hearing from the mechanic, my fiancé called to see if the car was ready for pick up.
