Outstanding service! Staff was incredibly responsive, polite, and efficient. I didn’t have a ride to drop off and they had me out in less than half the time projected and did a through job at an affordable price. Family run local business. Trout’s rebuilt a C4 tranny for us that was missing second gear. They communicated well during the rebuild, made sure what they were doing was what we wanted, down to the color they painted it. I just got the tranny back in the car and it works perfectly. We can feel the better power and the shifting is smooth and at the right points. The kick down gear works correctly now. Easy to schedule service. They scheduled us for service in a most reasonable amount of time. The service was completed ahead of schedule. We were kept informed, via phone, text, or email, of the vehicle during the service process. Will continue to use them for our vehicles and have recommended them to others.
