Bobby's concrete recently performed a job for my son. I was happy with the job performed, however I'm EXTREMELY UPSET about the negative, unprofessional attitude of Ron. He doesn't like his job, and it shows in his attitude! He was speaking down to his worker's who were working hard. I was extremely disappointed, because this type of discussion should be held off of the job. It speaks volumes for the character of Ron, and someone needs to address this with him.
Dean and his crew did a great job for us on our driveway.

Initially Dean was quick to respond and answered all of our questions. When he gave us the quote it seemed reasonable so we told him we'd like to book it and get on the schedule. This is where the once solid communication stopped. We had some more questions and wanted to add some more work onto the job. It took over 2 weeks to get any type of response which was no more than "I'll call you later this week." We did not receive a phone call or any other form of communication.
