My mother in law's car, 2015 kia sorento, developed motor problems. I called Bobby's auto repair and Doug came to pick it up. He told me that they had a customer about 6 months ago with the same type vehicle and motor and that kia had replaced the motor free of charge due to a failure in those motors. Doug called kia himself and took the car to the dealership. The dealership ran test on the car and called me to say that they would be replacing the motor free of charge.
