This detailing was a Christmas gift from my son. We dropped the car off at 9:00 as requested and were told it would only take about 4-5 hours for a complete detailing of the interior and exterior. We paid most of the price and agreed to pay the rest when we picked up the car. Around 2:00 PM my son called to check on the progress and the call went straight to voice mail.
