I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Bobby Rahal State College. The dealership took a $1,000 advance deposit from me for a deal that was never completed because my loan was not approved. Since then, I have been getting the runaround. For the last five days, I have been told repeatedly to “contact the salesman,” but he has not been on duty and has not returned my calls. I’ve been a loyal Joel Confer Toyota customer for six years, but unfortunately I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. My issue was not resolved, and the service desk dismissed my concerns and simply told me to “come back if anything changes.” This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their customer service. Prices have also gone up, which makes the decline in service even more disappointing. I recommend others consider looking elsewhere.

I’ve been a long-time customer of the service department since the Joel Confer ownership. I recently brought my car in for a recall service. Upon arrival, I waited about 20 minutes before being helped. I was also surprised to see a charge for a crush washer when purchasing an oil filter, that’s never been the case before. Additionally, after my car was serviced, I noticed that my dashcam had been unplugged, which has never happened in previous visits... Red flag.
