I’ve been a long-time customer of the service department since the Joel Confer ownership. I recently brought my car in for a recall service. Upon arrival, I waited about 20 minutes before being helped. I was also surprised to see a charge for a crush washer when purchasing an oil filter, that’s never been the case before.
