HORRIBLE service!!! You take your car in for service and you can DIE because of their negligence! We received our car from Toyota service with 2 front wheels lug nuts all loose and only hand tighten!!! Half of them were already very loose by the time we got home. Thank God we checked randomly and discovered this issue before anyone DIED or wheel came off at hwy speeds!!! This is insane!! The dealership was bought out by Bobby Rahal (used to be Joel Confer). I made a service appointment online and dropped it off the night before at the convenient key drop. The company sent a reminder text message the day before, confirmation text message in the morning, and was readily communicative as needed. An annual inspection, emissions test, and oil change was $180ish and seems reasonable. Will definitely return.
I worked with Michael(in Sales) and John(in Management). They are absolutely amazing people and helped me make the right decision. I absolutely trust them. They tell you the facts as is so that you can make the best decision.
Decent trade in and price. Great quality cars and service. But the end was very strange and unpleasant. After paying cash for a car I now owned, and finished all paperwork, the salesman held my keys hostage. He told me I had to install a Toyota app. I respectfully told him 3 times this was a gift for my child and I wanted it left as new for them to do that.
