Terrible service with incompetent staff. For any car malfunction, they simply claim that it is "normal" and "supposed to be that way." They were unable to identify the actual problem yet charged me for replacing parts that didn't require repair—and, as you might expect, they never actually fixed the issue. I wouldn't recommend this service center to anyone, ever. Also charged 2 hour labor (almost $200 hour) for 30 min job Never again
They make a large effort to provide excellent service. Also, when we were vehicle shopping there, it was low pressure and informative with our sales rep.
