Very easy to work with from walking in the door to walking out. The prices are fair. Ty, our agent, was very knowledgeable. He set the car up with our preferences and walked us through everything after the purchase was complete. Highly recommend!

They treat our vehicle like it was a limousine. Their service is first-rate, and they vacuum out and wash the car before they give it back to us.

As a long time owner and Lexus brand loyalist, my experience with Bobby Rahal has been great so far. Will update after having some interactions with them regarding service. Usually, that is where the tires meet the road, so to speak.
