I cannot recommend them enough. They accommodated me beyond normal and are knowledgeable and friendly… I DIDNT EVEN BUY MY CIVIC FROM THEM…. Excellent service
Would give it zero stars if I could. First time, they did not calibrate our camera correctly and disclaimed any responsibility. This last time, when I was in there for a recall, they asked if I wanted to have my oil changed, I said yes. At the end of the day, at pickup, they said they forgot to do it and then asked to keep it another day. I said ok. When I picked up, they didn't even redo my maintenance reminder so the oil light kept going off (and I had to figure out how to reprogram and dismiss it myself).
Always fast and fair and car wash and vacuke with every service.
