Unfortunately, I did not purchase my BMW from Bobby Rahal but I have have used them for service on my 325xi for the last 5 years. Their service department is superior and they treat me like royalty during each visit. The waiting lounge is clean and comfortable and fully stocked with Seattle's Best coffee and Tazo tea. For longer service visits they accommodated me with a loaner vehicle, a new BMW.
