Buyer beware! We’ve been frequenting this business for quite some time and have witnessed the prices steadily increasing. While I understand the economic factors contributing to this, I was astounded when I recently picked up two suits and a dress for a $110! Naturally, I inquired about the exorbitant price, and they pointed out the dress, which is a dress. Had a tux and a wedding dress pressed. That's it. 40 bucks for the three piece tux and 150 for the dress. The dress only cost 200 bucks and barely needed pressing. I walked in sure there was some mistake. Asked why it was so expensive and said "surely there must be a mistake". She says "sometimes it's cheaper to get it dry cleaned and pressed, you should have done that". I said well you didn't tell me to do that and you certainly didn't tell me how much it would cost. Got a suitcase dry cleaned, came in on the day I was told it would be ready. It was not ready and I hadn’t had anything sent to the provided phone number. I was told I would receive an update the next day, I did not receive any updates and had to call two days after the original ‘ready by’ date and was told my suitcase was ready to pick up with nothing sent to the provided number. I was then interrupted and hung up on by the worker on the other end of the call before I could ask more questions.
