THE NEW $7 CLEANING BAG POLICY is INSANE and SHAMEFUL…!!! I recently had two dry cleaning bags. After dropping off my cleaning, upon pickup no bags. Both times. Which is not unusual. When asked to get new bags, I was told I have to pay $7. Now wouldn’t it be interesting to buy a bag and then it goes “missing!!!” Only to have to pay another $7. Shameful and disgraceful. UPDATE: Thank you for your response and the remedy. Greatly appreciated.
Horrible service! Never answer the phones and every time I need an alter done- the prices are SKY HIGH! Ridiculous! Do better or close down
I just called and a lady answered the phone. Listen to my request and then she hung up on me! Horrible customer service!
