Do not tailor your clothes here or seek any alterations. I brought in a dress before attending a wedding, and they completely ruined it. I had a dress with a very large top that needed to be taken in- a twisted bra-type top with a cut out below. A VERY simple alteration that, in hindsight, I wish I had just done myself or safety-pinned. The staff was very friendly. It ended up being less expensive than I expected. And they got my suite cleaned 2 working days ahead of schedule. All around great experience.

I recently received excellent service from Daria at this location. I thought my silk dress had been ruined by another dry cleaners. But after Daria examined the dress both on and off of me, she fixed it by showing me it was only static cling. And she did not charge me! Thank you Daria!
I asked them many times don't put pins on my shirts but they kept doi5it even when I asked many times will never go back and sad to find they have a monopoly on dry cleaning in reno so now I can't go anywhere in reno too
