Ladies very friendly they fix my jacket zipper
Wow. I just got hung up on by a woman who works here. I dont know her name but I just called to ask a few questions about have 3 jackets cleaned. I was calmly asking about the services and she falsely accused me of trying to argue with her and then she hung up on me. Wow. normally I dont even have time to do this but she was so rude and discourteous that I had to take the time to let other people know about how I was treated.
The lady asked me what size the carpet was. I said 60X89. She said “we multiply 9x10 to come up with the cost “ I said “what?” She said I don’t know how to get the square feet. I said that’s really simple, “take 60 x 90 and divide by 144. She said “I can’t do that.” She then made me roll the carpet out, and I had to help her do her job by measuring the carpet with a tape measure after had I showed her the printed dimensions on the back.
