The lady asked me what size the carpet was. I said 60X89. She said “we multiply 9x10 to come up with the cost “ I said “what?” She said I don’t know how to get the square feet. I said that’s really simple, “take 60 x 90 and divide by 144. She said “I can’t do that.” She then made me roll the carpet out, and I had to help her do her job by measuring the carpet with a tape measure after had I showed her the printed dimensions on the back. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!! Charged me $152 for a simple zipper repair on two of my dresses and a pocket repair on one of them! Asked the old lady upfront why it was so expensive for a simple fix? She got defensive and rude and didn’t give me a direct answer. Take your business elsewhere! Can’t believe I got scammed for such a simple fix!
