Closing time isn't accurate at the Vista Blvd location. They consider themselves closed 15 mins to 30 mins before the close time displayed online and at store window. Been going here for over a decade with no issues, but in the past 3 visits I've been argued down about I am at the store "AFTER HOURS" when I clearly arrived 10 minutes before closing. Nice try. First time there. I had a few dress pants that need to be taken in to get cleaned, I had some ink stains on them. They told me they couldn’t get the stains out. Wasn’t cleaned and that you’re better off doing it yourself. Like seriously I take it to Bobby pages because they’re the expert. Called a different dry cleaner and said no problem, they can fix it.

Reasonable price. Dropped off on a Monday and pick up was Friday, would give them 5 stars if they were faster.

Took in two unlined basic dresses to get two inches off the bottom of each. The gal when I took it in was unable to give me a price, but in the past these types of alterations run around $25 max. Shock when I picked them up and was charged $97.90! The poor little lady when I picked up could not read the tag, but they listed my items as a lined jumpsuit and a lined dress. Took my wedding dress here after nearly 4 years of it sitting in a closet covered in dirt and makeup, and they were able to make it look brand new! They are very affordable and do an amazing job.
