Awesome customer service, ALWAYS!
Called and asked for a quote to take in the waist of my suit jacket. Went in and had it altered, then when I came back the price was far more expensive then the quote. When I tried asking about it, the lady was extremely rude and offensive while I was respectfully asking questions. I am a missionary, and wear a nametag that is very easy to identify.
