I took a custom jacket I bought as a Christmas present for my son in for cleaning and they recognized it needed extra care to ensure it was dry cleaned without harming an attached ornament. I appreciate the attention to detail they displayed in their recognition that the ornament needed to be removed prior to cleaning, and reattached after cleaning. Clean facility, but the top loading washers leave your clothes extremely wet. The end result is that you spend 3 times what you should to get them dry. 3 pairs of well worn Levi's and 3 pairs of wool socks were in the dryer on high heat for 58 minutes and all were still too wet to be worn; I will need to hang them all up at home to finish drying.
I don't like how they price things tell you one thing and then add double the amount.
