I had a new summer home built over a year ago that Bobby & his team did an amazing job installing the heat and air conditioning units which all work perfectly no issues whatsoever. With the freezing cold weather in NY my garage is always frigid. I saw a wall heater online & thought thats a great idea so I reached out to Bobby if he can do for me. Bobby O's came highly recommended and now I know why. Had a hot water heater installed today and everything went smoothly from beginning to end. Crew was on time, worked quickly and efficiently. Wouldn't use anyone else for my HVAC needs. Highly recommend.

I had my ac unit installed in 2021. I had an issue last night(black mold) and nobody could be bothered to get back to me after four separate phone calls. I then went to A1 a/c and heating where they diagnosed the problem as a faulty emergency sensor which means I had water building up and if I didn't call the new construction in master bedroom would have been flooded with water damage. I still wonder if anything from Bosch was under warranty but I highly doubt it. Shame on you. Terrible customer service.
