Absolutely insane how good they are ily Luke and rocky
I had everything ready on my end (lot prep) etc done 3 months waiting on Rocky to get someone to pour concrete. It was a different excuse week after week. He has ZERO communication skills and has Zero experience with TIME MANAGEMENT. Nothing was ever done, Very fortunate I didn't sign the contract for it to be a longer than normal drawn out process. Very Unprofessional and a waste of time Ps know who your dealing with and also beware of subcontractors used!!!
