Bobby is the best! He’s been sharpening my restaurant knives for almost 8 years now. Knives are always razor sharp and he makes excellent and honest suggestions on rounding out your collection. He also has a line of knives that are sleek! And bonus, the knives have a fun insignia with his tilted signature hat-very cool!
Unfortunately this location closed a year and a half ago - but the phone number still works and they sharpen knives at farmers markets and as a traveling service in South Shore.
Bobby did a great job with my knives. They cut as well as they did when I first started using my set 11 years ago. It was very convenient to have him come to our house. He was on time and very courteous. He explained the whole process before he started. The prices are more than fair and he takes his time sharpening each knife beautifully. He even fixed the broken tips on some of my mother in law’s knives.
