Bob is a really nice guy and when you first bring him gold coins, he will give you market value for it. But if you are a repeat customer, he will slowly start giving you less and less. I sold him a British gold proof set that values at $2800 and all he offered me was 1100 so he could make 1700. I will never go here again oh, and before you say, they didn’t write you a check for it. They actually wrote me a check for 2500 which is 1400 more than you offered

I just found this place just over a month ago. I now go there once a week! The employees Bob and Keith are great! They are fun to talk with and are knowledgeable. They have great prices that will always beat the online stores. That’s so rare with anything retail anymore. From the looks of it, they treat sellers really fair as well as there is always new inventory and people coming to sell while I’m there. I’ve never left there empty handed. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I've been in Bobby Jackson's business a few times over the years and every time I go in it's always the best courtesy that a person could ask for when trying to sell or buy coins or coin sets.I give them a five-star rating for this.
