I received your response. In 2019, we were told by your company that our unit was not registered when we found that the unit flooded our floor. Our house was built in 2012. I would give a 0 if I could! They failed to register my new heat pump when my house was built. My system failed 7 yrs after my house was built, so since it was not registered they wouldn’t do anything. Due to their incompetence, the system started leaking & ruined my hardwoods, etc. We paid $17,000 for a new system because they couldn’t even fix it. In addition, we had a $40,000 insurance claim for the damage caused by the faulty system. Watch who you hire for your needs!

Not only did they come out the same day I called but they pulled strings to get the pipe leaking sewage into our basement fixed ASAP. This after I'd talked to several other local businesses who refused to even come look, insisting that it wasn't a plumbing issue & that I needed to call a company like B-Dry. Thank you, Hyatt Plumbing & HVAC!!!
