I received your response. In 2019, we were told by your company that our unit was not registered when we found that the unit flooded our floor. Our house was built in 2012. Our builder used Bobby Hyatt Heating & Air to install our unit. I don’t know who worked there at that time, but that is the information we received. I don’t appreciate being called a liar.
