I waited over a week for this company to come out. I know it is summer and things can be busy, however I was told on 2 different days that someone would be out. I stayed home both days expecting someone to show up. I never got a courtsey call explaining why no one ever came or called. I dont think that is too much to ask. If you are not in a hurry I am sure they are ok but if you want something done within 2 weeks call someone else.
