I would give them zero stars if possible. Our car was damaged while sitting in a parking lot in September. Seven months later we still don't have our car repaired. State Farm sent a $7400.00 check to us in October that never arrived but according to them has been cashed. They have a copy of the check with no endorsement cashed at Wells Fargo.
