Failed to play the music requested by the bride, and guests of the wedding including myself had to personally come up and give him songs to play because his music taste seemed to be stuck in the 80s while most of the wedding party were younger adults that would have liked to have a more “hip” music selection, would have had a much better time on the dance floor if I didn’t have to come up and give more songs to play almost every 30 minutes…he was also very condescending once asked to play a different style of music which min... read more
Bobby was an amazing DJ for our group of 100 friends in Dec 2023. He kept our group dancing with the right mix of music. He even taught a few line dances! He asked the right questions about age and music preference and nailed it!
Bobby G was fantastic at my wedding reception!! My guests loved him. It was initially hard to get guests dancing due to most not seeing each other in 5+ years but Bobby G got the job done and had everyone up. Will definitely use him again in the future!
Not recommended for Christmas parties. Regardless of music we requested a few days in advance, he reluctant to play them but one. He said he has to play the music list that he programmed his own. Also he was not able to find a right music from the YouTube. Customer found it for him. I am sorry to express our experience here. If you want to hire him, make sure he has your music and make sure he plays what you like not what he likes. He may be good at other parties with his own music.
