I don't know how these people sleep at night. My mother has had her auto and home owners insurance with State Farm for 40 years and has never filed a claim of any kind. On September 3rd she walked into her bathroom and noticed the flooring felt unusual. She called Ben Franklin plumbing and they came out that day. This Agent went above and beyond for our family during hurricane Helen. Susan was a delight from start to finish. Corporate Statefarm gave us a hard time with the hurricane damage just like everybody else in the community. Once we reach out to our local Statefarm agent.
