I don't know how these people sleep at night. My mother has had her auto and home owners insurance with State Farm for 40 years and has never filed a claim of any kind. On September 3rd she walked into her bathroom and noticed the flooring felt unusual. She called Ben Franklin plumbing and they came out that day.
