478 for blade change and oil change?? Heck no. No big deal. I’ll do it myself. THEN they tried to get me with a 145 diagnosis fee. Get bent. Rip offs.
I took my mower for the annual maintenance and new blades. Total cost for that service is $478. If you refuse they will still charge you a $145 “diagnostics” fee. My mower is a year old. Nothing wrong with it. I told them exactly what I wanted. When they told me the price I was going to just pick it up. That’s when they hit me with the $145 fee for doing nothing. Didn't find what I needed. Service desk tried to help me out. Their computer could not identify the part I needed. I googled how to replace this transaxle cooling fan, and on the video, they provided me the parts number.
