He didn't sugarcoat anything and was straightforward about everything. He reached out to the state trooper office to see what was going on with the process of my truck. He also keep me updated on when i could come and get my personal items out my truck.
I would give this one star if it wasn’t for his very kind and helpful daughter. Bobby Dollar towed our daughter’s car after a wreck although I did ask for triple A and was denied due to car being in the way of traffic, which I understand. The day after he towed her car we had a major flood and several roads were impassable. I called him to arrange pick up since we are charged by the day. i live far away from home and do not know much about cars, mr bobby looked at my car and it was a small fix. he was super nice and very helpful explaining what was going on. i would definitely recommend to anyone needing a tow!
