Great front desk staff. Dr. Decker is great. Their eyeglass guy, Kyle, is very knowledgeable and can answer pretty much any questions you have about glasses.
Freaking love this place!!! Im fairly new to the arkansas area so finding a new eye doctor is hella scary. They made me feel at home as soon as i walked in. Went here bc i hated wearing contacts and they completely understood and got me settled with glasses and held my hand the whole way. Shout out kyle! I love that dude!
I have used Decker Eye Care for several years and always find them to be very professional and helpful. I love the smaller office atmosphere and Dr Decker does not hurry you out the door. I appreciate that!
I made an appointment a month in advance, when I arrived they said they couldn't find my vision insurance after I provided my insurance care and wanted me to self pay. I went home called my insurance company and verified my insurance in 5 minutes. Wasted my time, needless to say I will be going to another provider. The doctor has been great on previous visits, staff unfortunately is just not.
