BAD Customer Service.... I visited this clinic for my annual eye exam and purchased a 12-month supply of contact lenses. I usually receive my contact lenses by mail within 3 to 5 days, maximum. I stopped by the clinic two weeks later to inquire about the status of my order, as I had not received anything by mail and had run out of contact lenses. My whole family goes here and we all love it! Very friendly place and Dr. Decker is very helpful and explains everything so you know what’s going on!
