Dr. Decker "inherited" me from the previous owner. I have been a very long-time patient and trust him completely. I bring refer everyone to him. I'm always treated with dignity and respect by him and the office staff.
BAD Customer Service.... I visited this clinic for my annual eye exam and purchased a 12-month supply of contact lenses. I usually receive my contact lenses by mail within 3 to 5 days, maximum. I stopped by the clinic two weeks later to inquire about the status of my order, as I had not received anything by mail and had run out of contact lenses.
