Thank goodness Bobby Davis answered our call during the busy July 4th weekend. Our neighborhood is beyond grateful for their expert help.
Situation started as a simple septic pumping service but during the service, the serviceman Keith, managed to knock the concrete slab where the access cover is located into the septic tank. An insane process with them to even get them to fix the problem they created. My mistake was extending them even an ounce of trust and believing in good faith interactions. We found our septic pump enclosure overflowing with liquid this past Saturday and called Bobby Davis Septic. Two very nice guys showed up a couple hours later. Dalton was a life saver and so wonderful. He stayed way beyond working hours & endured completing his task throughout all the chaos going on. We called another septic tank company around 8am the day of service and was told they’d come by 2. They never showed. Reached out to this company & not only did they give timely updates regarding their arrival, they came the same day & fixed all issues!!! Dalton was very personable and knowledgeable & provided great service. Fully recommend this company & their services!!
