Bought a brand new Forrest River Ibex and the experience could not have been better. Jim was an amazing salesman and knew absolutely everything about the unit. The rest of the team was also great. From the walkthrough with Josh to getting my WD hitch set up everyone was so positive and helpful.
Best RV service work, help, and advice in the area. The service techs helped me through the weekend to troubleshoot and fix a cascade of electrical problems with minimal hassle and cost, and with very little interruption to livability. I highly recommend.
The buying experience was excellent, except for the fact they sold me a off road encore camper that couldn't go off road, as soon as I left the freeway twenty feet off into a dirt road, I went over a pothole and it shattered the window on the side of my brand new camper. And now it's been in their service department for 75 days to put a new window in and their communication has continued to be horrible ,, if I would have known my brand new camper would be in the shop.All summer I would have never bought it from them
