Now Donavan Dann Lakeside Plumbing. Just had some service work completed. On time, knowledgeable, fair price, great value!! Definitely found a plumber for Lake Country!!! Gave them 5 stars only because I couldn’t give them 6!!!!!
Donavan Dann was awesome!! He came in record time to check an “emergency” plumbing issue we had. He stayed with it until it was complete. We asked him to come back with 2 additional projects and same prompt service! One of the projects required tile work and he arranged that for us as we didn’t know any tile guys in our area. Mr Dann showed up on time and was very professional. He changed out my hot water heater which was in a difficult location to maneuver the hot water heater out and install. He quoted me a fair price and he did not go up on the price once he seen the location of the hot water heater. He cleaned up behind his self and was very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend him.
Donovan Dann, the new owner of Lakeside Plumbing, solved a plumbing mystery we’ve been plagued by for quite a while. One of our bathrooms had basically quit functioning due to a clog we couldn’t locate. He dug up the drain line and diagnosed the problem, replacing the old cast iron with PVC and adding a much-needed clean out.
