I had a terrible experience with Bobby branch regarding my auto insurance. I have been suffering for the change in policy which was never ensured by the manager. I was told not to pay until it’s resolved. But then I will be out of no insurance because of their faults. I was told that I will be contacted by the office once they find the answer, but I have been contacting tyem and yet not resolved. Still waiting for this to be resolved :(
Mr. Branch was very professional, knowledgeable, concerned about meeting my needs, my needs were met, he was very caring, and very patient with me.
