Would give zero stars if I could. I was a loyal State farm customer since I first started driving in 1997. I've lived in 3 states. Never have I had such poor service. This branch and their lack of customer service is the reason I switched to a different insurance provider all together. When I added my wife to our plan it took 4 calls to get her name added to our insurance cards. Then, months later when they issued our new cards they left her name off of it again.
