I've been coming to Bobby's for years and every time I get honest answers, pricing and great customer service. My last visit they went above and beyond fixing my VW Atlas when my engine started to sound like it was eating metal. I travel often and my car is important as a family vehicle on top of needing to get frequently to Philadelphia. Knowing this Bobby even offered me his car as repairs were getting done. He kept me up to date on parts needed, costs and even came to get me (thanks Edgar!) so I didn't have to Uber there.... read more
When to bobby auto shop inspection my car, and they just checking and cleaning my rear brakes and they told me is $160 with out tax for that, and i ask bobby how much just inspection you charge? he said $70. and i said you charge me extra $90 just for the checking and clean the rear brakes and i told him i didn't tell you guys to clean my brakes.
