These guys are a class act! They always treat us with respect and I particularly like the way they answer the phone, "How may I serve you?" Their prices are fair but their service is bar none the best in town. If there was a star rating I would give them 5 stars.
DO NOT USE THIS AUTO SHOP IF YOU HAVE IGNITION INTERLOCK!!!!! I was obligated to check in with this place on a monthly basis, due to a DWI conviction. I take full responsibility for my actions, and I have paid all of my judicial and informed consent requirements throughout this process. However, I can not begin to express how much I dreaded going to these mechanics month-to-month for recalibration and payment of ignition interlock fees. Biggest rip off artist ever, never go through them for a tow. They are rude, they will place your vehicle in the wrong area of the parking lot before you even get a call from dispatch telling you that they are there with your vehicle and when you do get down to where they are at to tell them that they are in the wrong area and before they even unhook it, the driver will tell you that they will have to charge for it to be moved while its still attached to their truck what BS. They told me I needed my battery connections cleaned and charged me $23 to do so. That evening, my battery died and wouldn't stay charged after repeated jump-starts and running. Prior to the cleaning, the battery was functioning fine. I brought it back the following day after three jumps, and they told me they would discount a new battery but they would not refund for the cleaning.
A++++++!!!!! About a week ago I had to come up to the cities for work meeting. I came out of my meeting to a flat tier called my road side and they called Jeff, Booby and Steve's. With in 15 mins the tow driver "Jeremy" came and had me back on the road in know time. THANKS!!!!!!!!!
Stay away!!!!!!! We sent an undercover car into one of the Bloomington locations. Car was wired for video and audio. The process of creating damage was captured. We have 2 other cars making the rounds now. This operation will be exposed on fox 9 news in the near future with a companion piece in both city papers.
Don't go there for car fixes! If you need an oil change they will be ok, but they WILL rip you off if they work on the mechanics of your car. I had a broken window lever and I went in to ask how much it would cost to fix it - they said that windows don't fall off track that I would have to replace the entire window at at least $500. Also, we went in for a simple fix on my light. They said that the back breaks were so bad that they would call the cops on us if we drove away. Very displeased. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS SHOP. They WILL find a way to rip you off. I have two complaints, one that I will be taking to court if need be. First, I brought my 04 Town and Country van there because it died in their gas station across the street. They said they had to tow it across Central and charged full price for the tow. Said nothing was wrong with the alternator, replaced the battery with an undersized house battery that died a week later. Ripoff artists, beware! – I'd foolishly succumbed to a door-to-door salesguy selling a discount card for Jeff's BS (hey, that works...) in which I got cheap and free oil changes and other discounts for $60 or $70 bucks. Thought it was a well-established place and gave it a go. Oil changes are slow, but I live close by and my husband can give me a lift. Trouble started when my check engine light came on.
