Beware! Their technicians drilled through the 3" washroom drain pipe to run the control cable through it during a Heat-pump installation. It flooded our furnace room for 3 weeks unnoticed. After multiple emails calls, they came to fix the wire and the drain, but totally ignored the water damage, and the black mold. They stop responding to my call and email. Stay away from this company.
Efficient, effective, reliable…three words that describe this HVAC company. Michael (Mike) was immediately helpful from the start by offering us an amazing price for our needs. His boss spoke with my roommate about our air conditioning/furnace concerns and resolved an understanding of the problems prior to installation. The two man crew (Ali & another man) arrived with our large new 5.0 ton A/C unit on schedule and even clean-up after themselves better than the furnace room was to start.
