They can't order Singer parts so they sent me somewhere else to get the sewing machine repaired.

Very nice staff, lots of good machine choices and knowledgeable instruction.
I had an issue with my sewing machine. Jenny showed me not only how to clean and correct the issue but gave me some tips to make better use of the machine. She was a true professional and supportive. When I need anything for my machine or extra threads, etc. I will be certain to utilize her shop. Best customer service I have ever received.
