Absolutely The best vibe in this salon , From the moment you walk in, during your appointment, and when your leaving 🙂 All the staff is beyond helpful & friendly , and take care of you. I’ve had many different Different Appointments for different hairstyles, And each time I leave Happier than when I came. I’ve gotten Braids done many times as well as just recently , which I love each time! I've gotten my hair extensions done a few times from here! She is amazing and does an amazing job! Very bad customer service not even a hello good morning never again Update: I saw the owner’s response and was shocked by the rude and unprofessional tone. I gave an honest review, and your aggressive response only proves my point. A professional business would handle feedback better. This attitude says it all. Plus I came to buy hair extensions so you wouldn’t find my name in your clients list
There was this Indian lady who cut my hair, and ruined one side of my hair. She didn’t even know what she was doing. She asked me if I wanted my hair like this after she cut it. What good will it do if you ask me after cutting the hair off!! Nothing against the place but this cut was awful.
They were very kind, and patient with my 3 year old granddaughter while braiding her hair. She didn't want to sit and they just moved around with her. Amazing place and staff!
