My treatment at what will be my final visit with Bobbi Palmer was appalling and I've never in my life had a physician bring me to tears due to their maltreatment. It's unheard of for a care provider to prohibit their patient from speaking, asking questions or expressing concerns during a visit. This woman literally silenced me like a child throughout this visit, shushing me with her finger and disallowing me from expressing any of my thoughts. Really like ms Palmer so kind and patient will listen to every word u have to say highly recommend for health care provider
Bobbi took her time with me to explain her background of practice and experience, what each test looked for and the function of each, and answered each question I had thoroughly. She took notes on everything I shared and made it clear her priorities are patient care, responding quickly on MyChart, to refill requests, and with lab results. I have never experienced the level of passion and true care from a PCP prior to Bobbi!! I cannot recommend her enough!!!!
