I just got my ford escape.. Esmeralda was very helpful and did everything to help me drive out with the car the same day.. very professional.. and would highly recommend. If anyone needs a ride ask for Esmeralda .. I’m very satisfied, great service 🙏
I worked with Bob Frederick. He is absolutely amazing Bob left this place. They have done a lot of people wrong. I bought a Kia in 2024 for 19 thousand dollars and it blew up within a year. I took it in three time because antifreeze was leaking slowly. Instead of fixing the problem they kept filling it up. It blew my head gasket,had it towed to tuffy on west broad st and want up to 9000$ for new engine. Lol. Tried working with the warranty company through Bobbs which wouldn’t pay a dime!!!!!!
