I absolutely love it here, everytime that I've gone the person working has been extremely kind and the drinks are great as well! Not the mention the mochi donuts being delicious as well! Out of all the boba places in Sarnia I think this one is the best!
Amazing experience at Bobaroma! Harjot was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Her excellent customer service truly made my visit special. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Bobaroma is lucky to have her! Definitely coming back!
I’m sorry but this place needs better management, I was here today around afternoon and no one assisted me for more than 10 minutes. Only after that finally an employee came from outside the store and that’s when I got to know there was no one in the store for all this time when I was trying to get someones attention. Terrible service.
