So i was referred in August. I was only called once saying all they needed was my pulmonary rehab notes and they'd schedule and get me in. I had them sent right over. And i was never called again. I tried i don't know how many times to get back in touch with them to see what was going on with it. I was told each time they were passing on the message. And i never was called back.
