Was so excited to get some boba until I took one sip of my drink and was confused. Got the taro milk tea and it straight up tasted like water with the slight hint of tea. They used whole milk but literally just tasted like water no taro flavor or anything. It was so bad and the matcha tea was even worse it was so dark and grainy like the matcha wasn’t even whisked at all. The fruit teas weren’t bad actually. The service was great but the milk teas need to be reformulated or something.
Really lovely Boba tea shop. They make all their pastries from scratch and also offer cake decorating classes by appointment. The owner is super nice. The boba in the tea is very tender and perfectly cooked. You can choose your sugar levels for the tea. I had a brown sugar boba tea that reminded me of Xin fu tang in NYC
