This was a trap for me in my opinion. I want to say that I ordered a French Kiss with Boba and Lychee and the taste was amazing. However, you mostly pay for the ice as my cup was filled with it and the drink itself was very little. To charge that for such a small amount is like a steal. I wanted to treat myself with something today and try something new because I wasn’t having a good start to my day. I tried this boba place and once I placed my order the worker directly infront of my started complaining about orders / online orders and I’m like ummm ok that’s lowkey rude but whatever and then she called my name for my drink and I smiled and said thank you she didn’t even awknowlage me or smile or anything.
The last few times I've been to the Boba Tea Company, I've been so disappointed ☹️ I never end up getting what I order and the customer service is horrible

Emma, one of the cashiers, was absolutely amazing with taking my order! She was so polite and helpful with picking a perfect drink for my taste! Services was quick as well, super great job!
