Tastes terrible, I ordered the matcha mango sticky rice latte on the right. The mango is frozen, sticky rice is non existent (it’s mochi, which is a disgusting mix). And worst of all is the mango latte, it tastes exactly like protein powder(and not well mixed), kinda like the matcha protein latte from Starbucks, which is also disgusting.

We were at Boba Pup this week and had an incredibly disappointing and disrespectful experience at the Kiely location involving a young female employee. First, she openly laughed at customers based on their clothing, which was highly unprofessional and welcoming. Second, when serving our drinks, she completely left out the boba/mocha. When we pointed this out, she disrespectfully insisted that the ingredients were already in the cup. Such a wonderful pup-themed boba shop in K-Town! Everything about this place is adorable, from the cute dog-themed branding to the high-quality drinks served in reusable mason jars. We tried their entire summer series, including the Mango Bloom, Strawberry Cheesecake Milk, Dalgona Vietnamese Coffee, Mango Matcha Latte, and dessert Mango Mochi, and honestly, I was so surprised.
